NEWSThe FDM participates in a conference on fish and cuisine
On November 28th, the Mediterranean Diet Foundation participated in a day about fish and cuisine held in the Costa Brava town of Palamós, by the Chair of Maritime Studies of the University of Girona with the City of Palamós. Nutritionist Blanca Raidó represented the FDM with the intervention entitled “The nutritional value of fish in the Mediterranean Diet”.Fish has an outstanding value due to the economic activity it generates as well as the cultural and social manifestations involved. For this reason they work day was organized where professionals and experts presented and exchanged knowledge on the cultural, gastronomic, economic and nutritional importance fish and cuisine have in our country.
