RECIPESNicoise salad with capers and eggs
150 g green beans, Salt, 4 tomatoes, 1 small cucumber, 2 red onions, 4 hard boiled eggs, 2 potatoes, peeled and cooked, 1 garlic clove, 50 g green olives and 50 g black olives, 2 tablespoons capers, 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Salt, Ground pepper, Lettuce leaves.
